Nick Palmer has over a decade of construction experience on large healthcare, mixed-use, and residential projects across Southern California. The success of these projects illustrates the key role he played in the development of 350,000 square feet of outpatient clinic space and 847 mixed use residential units totaling over $600 million in construction costs. With management experience representing the Owner and/or Contractor, Nick has gained a unique understanding of how to bring the architects, engineers, consultants, public officials, and end-users together to deliver a successful project. His diligence, attention to detail, and desire to see all project stakeholders prosper have proven to be an invaluable asset.
